BE VERY CAREFUL!nAs a small business owner I know only too well what a bad review can do to ones business. I undertake this review knowing that the truth can sometimes hurt.nConnie has disappointed me from the get go. We applied for an ITIN which was declined. This was the second time and the main reason I outsourced to a CAA. I was happy to pay $100 for these services. I had paperwork sent recorded delivery from UK on her advice then she didnt use it.nConnie, the CEO of Garrison failed to contact me as stated in our contract, see stage 6 of the process. When I contacted her I was to blame as she didnt have my contact details!nAll of this I can accept as human error and bad judgement on her behalf. Despite the fact that I was going to her for these services I accept we all make mistakes.nnThe attitude was undesirable and unwelcomed. This lady was down right rude. What I dont expect is being shouted at repeatedly, being told of my wrong doings by having another person conduct my yearly taxes. Despite all of this she even had the audacity to tell me that I needed to get there in next few days and resubmit the paperwork and yes it was the full fee yet again. Not a chance. Not even for free would I wish to speak with this company again.nnThe information I received from her was and is wrong and not accepted by IRS: Connie knows better apparently! Good luck there.nnSuffice to say I am no further along with my application for an ITIN. I cannot advise enough to look around and take a look at other providers.
