Too many rules and regulations to stop you from renting when you just need a quick rental. There are better options. The manager is entirely unhelpful and frankly uncaring.
Pulled in 10 minutes before closing. Some woman with tribal piercings literally locked the door in my face, then when I didn't leave, she finally agreed to check the truck in. She said I would receive the receipt via email. I did not receive an email until 7am when they opened the next morning. I was also greeted with a $20 after hour service charge, just because I wanted a uhaul employee to do her job. She was short and dismissive and clearly did not even do the check in herself, leaving it for someone else.
Good experience here. Had a reservation at another nearby location and the store was not open when it was supposed to be. Rented at this location a second time in same week. The second reservation could not be located in the Uhaul system though. Was able to rent the vehicle anyway. This location has a good selection of vehicles. Customer service is good.
Woman at front desk seemed to be more interested in what was going on on her phone than helping me out. She acted like asking basic questions about rates was some sort of outrageous inconvenience.
terrible. Do not recommend. They will not have your truck or loading docks ready. Pads and blankets were not even in the truck. Awful customer service. Try Penske
