Love the Excellent service & food is reasonable if you're on a tight budget & want something quick & refreshing to eat.

The best frozen custard (or ice cream) place in the area. Everything is delicious and they do not skimp on the toppings or mix-ins. The employees are friendly as well. The only negatives are the long lines (because they’re good!) and the lack of tables to eat on site.

Have loved Rick's for years, in my opinion best frozen treat around. Plenty of options with a nice outdoor seating area. Delicious custard. Parking lot a bit difficult to move in and out of

First time ever going!!! I ordered a banana split and asked for strawberries and chocolate sauce. When I got it I opened it and immediately saw it was riddled with nuts. I told cashier I was allergic and before I could finish my sentence I was informed if I wanted a new one I'd have to pay for. Never again!! Especially since what is on the banana split is not listed on menu. Needless to say the trash can got a special treat. Worst customer service ever.

Food menu is not a large selection, but you can't beat the price and quality of food and custard / (ice cream)
