We were there today helping my Mother in law buy a very nice 2014 Jeep Compass. They are very friendly and helpful and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a used car.

AMAZING working with the brothers at AE.nFamily business that has been in Roanoke since ‘52 passed down. This made me feel that I could trust them and was in good hands. They were fair and reliable. They told me they only purchase about 80 cars a year because they only want to sell the best.nnI test drove a Nissan Versa Hatchback. They also let me take it to a mechanic to get it checked out. I went over to Wayne’s Imported Automotive. He told me the car was in great shape with only a minor issue. He said that it is rare to find a used car in such good condition. Went back to AE and worked out a deal!nnThis was a great experience to me as a first time car buyer and young woman. It’s always intimidating as a young woman worrying that you will be treated poorly or duped - neither of which I experienced. I felt respected the whole time and was walked through the entire process. Paid with a certified check and the process was incredibly fast! Was able to pay and get my car over my lunch break!nnI seriously cannot recommend Automobile Exchange enough. I will be telling all my friends about what great service I received and recommending them as a place to get a car! Thank you so much!
