I put $2500 on a Chevrolet Equinox 8 months ago for my sister. She put her trust in National Motor to fix the problem that was wrong with the car. It was sent to there mechanic 3 times. They claim to fix the problem. When I got back in town I took it to another mechanic. First time looking at it told me that it was a problem with the engine. Said it would go out soon. I took the problem back to National Motor -Their way of fixing the problem and helping me out was to try and finance me the motor. Made absolutely no sense. So I was forced to give the car back and losing over $5000. That’s just bad business. So be aware of how they do business. They took no ownership for the problem or situation and the owner refused to have a conversation with me allowing communication only with the secretary -again bad business and they refused to make it right.
