I purchased my RV at Gander RV a few months ago and had to bring it in about a month ago for service to correct a few warranty items. The sales staff and service staff were very knowledgeable and professional. They repaired my warranty items and although it took a little longer than expected they did a good job and everything appears to be working properly. I can't blame them for the delay since everybody is getting their RV serviced at this time and they are very busy. Special thanks to Daniel who helped get the RV done in time for me to take my wife on an anniversary trip. And thanks to all who helped in this effort.

I needed a camper refrigerator and an air conditioner. I talked to many places and I ended up driving four and a half hours and in the parts department Denise was very very helpful. I really challenged her cause it was a replace the for an d camper. She was so helpful. Also I purchased a few small things and Anita also helped me. Both of these employees were wonderful. I highly recommend this business

Antoine Williamson, my RV Sales Associate, was absolutely amazing. He went above and beyond to get me the best deal possible on both my camper trailer and my trade-in. He is not “all about the bottom dollar”. He is interested in providing you with the best service possible. He understands that we are all human, and we are here on this earth to take care of each other, and look after each other. That is exactly what he does. He is a man of his word, and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Make sure you ask for him when you come in. You won’t be disappointed. The overall experience at Gander Outdoors/Camping World was excellent. Another asset to the experience was Terry Farmer. He was in charge of our initial RV inspection. What a man Terry is. He owned and operated a campground for over 7 years, and knows the in’s and outs of the RV world. He was pleasant, funny, and made my family feel like we were a part of his family. Overall, the entire experience was a blessing. Glory to God in the highest! He led me through this entire process, and what an amazing God He is. He led me to meeting some great people, and I pray that He does the same for you.

I had an awesome buying experience with Robert. Also my walk through with Terry was great. They answered all my questions and I had a lot. The parts department has also been top notch. Denise in parts was also very helpful. No one was pushy and I will buy for them again.
