The food is great but the online ordering system is very, very flawed. On more than one occasion I have placed my order and left my home, with two small children, every time my order would have been faster if I would have ordered from the counter when I arrived. What is the point of online ASAP ordering if you don’t place the tickets in order with the orders being placed? If I wanted a longer pick up time, I would have stated that. This is a management problem, not a system limitation.

The sandwich I ordered was good. I think they make assumptions that everyone is a returning customer because I ordered cookies with my order ($2.99 so not like it was cheap)and when I got home they were not in the bag. I called and the lady told me I was supposed to get them myself and put them in the bag. How was I supposed to know that as a first time customer? Nobody said anything, they gave me my bag and I assumed what I ordered was inside. They told me to come back, but they close at 3 pm, before I get off work. On the day I ordered, I just happened to have the day off and was passing by so I stopped. Anyway, check your bag before you leave since the Staff doesn't communicate well.

Always a win; good food and good environment. Their new chicken parm sandwich is amazing, just ask for extra sauce.

I wish I had taken photos of our food, but alas I did not.nThis was truly the best sandwich I have had in a very long time. I got the Lynnhaven, my husband got the Virginian, and my kids got the ham bento. We were all truly very surprised. It was delicious!

Great food here, local vibes. Can get pretty busy, but outdoor seating is really nice. Excellent gluten free options and fantastic sandwiches. Had the Turkey/avocado/bacon. Will definitely be back! Oh, also I had a lot of questions and the staff was patient, helpful and accommodating!
