Strange little body of water. Very neglected. Not so much the neighbor's fault but the neighborhood. Does have potential for future park use.
Not really a park. My husband and I walked there with 2 of our grandchildren and couldn't find a way to get to the lake that wasn't private property. No place to really walk or stop and look at the lake. Not impressed. Felt like we were intruding.

This could be the Jewel of ocean View, if the Dept of Parks and Recreation were to cut the brush and weeds that surround the lake back and put some BBQ Grills around the lake and a pier to feed the turtles off of and some picnic tables to have a picnic, and catch and release fishing for children, WOW THE PLACE would be packed with local family's , just saying beautiful Little lake,
A great place to bring your dog and meet people.
