DMV Select

So no big surprise but many of the people working there seem to lack people skills. I had an appt and still had to wait 1.5 hours. They told me to bring the the wrong documents so I couldn’t get done what I took off work to have done. Two stars bc at least it was clean.

Terrible service! I need plates for my vehicle badly and it is impossible to get an appointment. Talked to several people on the phone and no one can help me at all. Zero help at all

The most terrible customer service I've ever met. Unprofessional, incompetent staff who could not clearly explain the list of required documents. A rude manager who, contrary to the laws, refused to help me get an ID. Despite the fact that I had with me the whole list of required documents indicated on the Virginia DMV website, the woman who called herself manager, rudely sent me home. I do not recommend to anyone!

The computers was down and they just had people waiting without giving notice

Ms Paris and the entire staff went far and beyond providing the multi services we required today at DMV...
