Just got off the phone with what I'm assuming was the secretary let's be CLEAR I work for ME talk with more respect on the phone to people and know how to greet people when you pick up the phone and are hanging up. If you don't like your JOB get a NEW ONE and stop having an attitude with people that WORK FOR THEMSELVES because you're stuck at a job that doesn't treat you right. The entire city of Portsmouth is EXTREMELY unorganized look else where to start your business because this city and the workers aren't it!!!
Horrible organization, no help whatsoever. Sends out threatening letters but when I call the number provided it states that the city of Portsmouth is closed until further notice and just hangs up on me.... i was told by this office that i didnt need a business license when i tried to apply... now they're sending threatening letters telling me I'm subject to legal action because i dont have a business license... which is it portsmouth??? This is THE most inefficient office I've ever encountered
