Healthy, high quality, great tasting meals! Menu changes weekly so I don’t get bored, and the convenience helps me make better food choices. Prompt and timely communication from the staff. Highly recommend!

The meals are DELICIOUS! I hate salad but their Chicken Cesar is soooooo good! All the meals are soooooo delicious! Serving sizes are rather large but make for great leftovers(or great to share with a hungry coworker)! Delivery was early! Wished they had more pictures and more descriptions on their site but I’m just very pleased! It took so much stress off me bc I don’t cook (busy schedule).

Chef Swole delivers nourishing, tasty meals made with whole foods. They are already cooked and can be heated up in minutes or frozen for later. When you're pressed for time but need a nutritious meal, Chef Swole to the rescue.

I really enjoy the meals I get from this service, they're always filling and I've liked the taste of almost all the ones that I received. My only complaint is that I really wish they would offer a smaller option, 12 meals means I have to eat them for lunch and dinner 6/7 days of the week or they go to waste. As someone who usually eats out or cooks for friends on the weekends, and occasionally eats out with co-workers during the week, it would be great to be able to select a 7 or 10 meal option. Having to throw away uneaten meals because they expire after a week is the only thing holding me back from subscribing to this service.

A great meal prep service that values feedback from its customers. They continually look for ways to improve the food that they make but soliciting input. Additionally, they have great customer service and are very quick to respond to any inquiry or request. As someone who is in the middle of a house renovation and is living without a kitchen for a while, this meal prep service has helped my family eat healthy at a reasonable cost.
