I asked for 0430 pu for the next day for ride to Norfolk airport. No one showed at 0430 so I called. They said call back in 15 min for ETA (mind you I need to catch a plane). Called at 0445. They state still looking for a cab and to call them back in 20 min if no cab shows. I canceled and called a neighbor. HOW DO YOU RUN A BUSINESS THIS WAY????? If you care about punctuality I’d go elsewhere!

Well it was a cab ride Nice and I think I lost my phone and wallet if you have seen it please call me back

I called for a wheelchair van at approximately 2:30pm it's now almost 6pm, still no cab... nice way to treat disabled veterans... I doubt if i ever need another cab I'll call them again... but to wait 3hrs for a 10 minute ride is ridiculous!!

Driver was very nasty personality. NO TIP FOR HIM!

This is the one of the worst cab services I have ever used. Took more than 2 hours for the cab to show up. Use as a last resort
