Sharpest Rides Auto Sales

Recently purchased a used 2008 Pontiac Vibe from these gentlemen and am very satisfied with the purchase. Like all used auto dealers the responsibility on whether you get a good car or not is largely on the shopper to do their due diligence either from knowing the blue book value to understanding any maintenance costs involved getting the car up to speed to last you bit in the future.nnI purchased this car for my oldest daughter's upcoming 18 year birthday present. After getting the car's maintenance caught up it is a solid used car that will serve her well for years to come.nnOverall impressionsn- Straight forward sales people. They are there to sell you a USED car not give you the finest ride short of a new car. The minimum you can count on is that the vehicle has passed an annual state inspection so that it is road worthy. Expecting it to have been tuned up, radiator flushed, fuel system flush, oil changed, new brake pads, tire alignment, etc. is over reaching. It is a USED car.n- Honest dealing. You ask for the carfax report? They give you the car fax report. You wish to test drive it? They'll let you test drive it. You want them to hold the vehicle with a small deposit? They'll work with you. Your bank card charge gets denied due to security features? They'll work with you and let you hold the car with a small deposit to give you time to bring a bank draft later.nnDon't let their accent fool you. These guys sell good deals on used cars. The rest (like getting it caught up on maintenance) is up to you. Do your research, know how to tell what kind of basic maintenance a car needs from looking under the hood and you can walk away with a good ride from these guys!

Our sales guy was really nice, great personality. However I’ve had my 2005 Prius for 5 days and I’ve now come to the conclusion that the head gasket is partially blown. Made it 20 minutes from the dealership when code P0301 came on for misfire cylinder 1. Checked all the basics and made it to head gasket failure when I checked oil and coolant plus steam coming out the tail pipe. I have a hard time believing this was not a known issue on the vehicle. Guess that’s what you get with “as is” sales.

The staff at Sharpest rides auto sales were very polite and helpful when me and my father bought a 2003 Ford Taurus from them.

Yeah I brought this car on the 16th of this month and they told me was a good car it had an oil leak but they immediately spot it and they told me they were gonna fix it but it had all kinds of problem. Then I told them about it and they refuse to help me please run from these people they are no good I definitely won’t buy again and if you buy make sure you look carefully at that —- - - it

Please do not purchase from them. They sold me a car that has a defect and didn’t tell me until I paid them and was pulling off the lot. They do not allow you to have someone look at it such as a mechanic. I have had this vehicle for a month and they pretty much gave my their behind to kiss and said oh well. Very very bad business.
