The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The store is clean and well stocked and it sports a cool WW2 era military jeep. My sons love to sit in the jeep and even though I doubt they are supposed to, the staff has always been very nice about it. I just wish that they had more staff on the weekends because at times you can end up waiting for ten minutes in line.
The quality of the clothes is fantastic - they are comfortable and well-made. Shopping on the website is a breeze.nnI came to this location (the closest to me) to try a smaller size. I'm glad I didn't actually need help or desire to purchase anything here - was never offered assistance. Shop online instead.
Store well organized. Did a return from an online order, process was very smooth. My husband couldn't find his size of pants on the shelf but luckily an employee was nice enough to look in the back and found them. 2 people working the counter for check out. Out of the entire shopping experience, the last person we had contact with was by far the rudest, clearly not happy to be working, and the person who is remembered the most.
A super fun place to shop.. Great place for work clothes and outdoor apparel. I recommend Duluth to everyone. I wear Duluth clothes almost exclusively and now my whole family has Duluth apparel. Worth every penny!
