I was helped by Marques. He was very nice and patient with me. He even helped me to place an order online to save more money. I really appreciate him. He is a great asset for Verizon. Very satisfied with my experience.

Had a wonderful experience until I arrived home, only to find that Verizon informed my wife and daughter via text that their old phone service was being switched over to Verizon. Normally, that would not be a problem, except that both phones were Christmas presents!!! BTW, as of this writing, I have been on hold with the store for over 13 minutes!

I'm really disappointed. I had dropped my phone out of my purse a couple of a weeks ago and since then, my phone has started to lose its charging capabilities. It finally stopped charging all together and I just made plans to go to the store before work and get a new phone. Since I'm on a family plan, they needed to send a text link to the head of the account, who wasn't with me. The associate was just rude from the bat. Disinterested. No customer service whatsoever. I originally couldn't get a hold of the head of the account and told him I'd come back in the store when I could, because I didn't want to take up time waiting around. When I did and went back in the store, I was on the phone and talking to the associate at the same time, trying to get this to work out so I could get a new phone. The associate was rude. Just flat out, no reason rude. I tried to go in being as nice as possible because I also work in customer service and I understand what it's like having customers take out their anger on you. The associate sat their shaking his head while I was trying to talk on the phone to resolve everything so we could continue with the purchase, obviously annoyed. He had an attitude while I was trying to talk it out, and I just said never mind. I left. We never got a text he said he sent and I wasn't going to sit there and deal with a rude associate that could care less and that is making this already frustrating situation more frustrating. I get we all have bad days, but this was just ridiculous. Usually I'm not a fan of going in the store because all the aggressive up-selling, but this guy was just flat out rude. I'm going to try a different store tomorrow, where I don't have to deal with something like this.

I did get a very very nice info and service the attendance make a great job unfortunately I forgot his name but I'm really appreciate his time helping me

Terrible service. There were three reps, who refused to help me. All I wanted to do was an upgrade. Would recommend calling the 1800 number instead.
