Battlefield Ford has been nothing short of superior service. From the smooth purchase with Keith Simmons as my sale rep and Kyle Wilkins as the sales manager, to the recent experience with Ty Alexander in the service department.nnEverything has been actually exceptional! I was really impressed with the their service department as well. The service manager, Ty, was very communicative, made everything easy , and is very personable! Also, he is definitely a hard worker! He ensured my vehicle was able to get in and out of service pretty quickly even without an appointment, both times I came in!nnThe service team also did a good job with taking care of my vehicle in a superb way.nnI look forward to continue utilizing this excellent service center and having Ty as my service representative!
New car Sales Manager, Kyle and Salesman, Evan did a wonderful job with my new truck purchase. This was the best experience I have ever had at a dealership. Very professional and they worked very hard to get the exact truck I was looking for and was very fair with my trade in allowance. We will be a returning customer, there is no doubt. They saved us thousands versus the local dealerships in town and was definitely worth the 45 minute drive. Quick and easy process when we picked up the new truck which was detailed and ready to go. Extremely happy!!
I wanted to just say how awesome our experience was with Battlefield Ford. Our sales person Nader and our finance person Simon went over and beyond for us. I spent a lot of time researching other dealers and these gentlemen made it happen. I now drive my 2020 Mustang and am so happy. Their knowledge of the products and services were great and the follow up with me has been one of the reasons why we chose them. We felt like they had our best interest at hand. If you’re looking for a car salesman and finance guy look for Nader and Simon.
I visited Battlefield Ford with my parents this past weekend and had wonderful and positive experience. We had the pleasure of working with Ruben and Julio who were both very professional and courteous. They listened to exactly what we were looking for in a vehicle and were very patient and not pushy at all when we were discussing and thinking through our options.nWe also traded in our old car and we were happy with the trade in value we received. When we had questions, they seemed very knowledgeable and were quick to address our concerns. We ended up purchasing a blue Ford Explorer which my mother is loving – it has all the features she wanted and more! We were looking to get the car right away for a trip we had coming up and they were very flexible in getting the car detailed and checked ahead of our travels. Ruben went above and beyond showing us all the car features and showing my mother how to connect her phone to the car.nWe were dreading doing the paperwork but surprisingly it was a smooth and stress-free process!nOverall, we had a great experience and highly recommend checking them out!
Thankful for a smooth experiencing purchasing an F-350 this weekend. I worked with Jason Clark who was super helpful answering any questions I had throughout the process, next steps, and even checking inventory before we came. I knew what I wanted so it was a very straightforward process from the test drive forward. Highly recommend the dealership and Jason and would absolutely return next time I'm looking for a Ford.
