Never enough registers open. Cashiers have to do everything, always only one person at the register. Can't ever find out about products that they carried before or if they can get products they are currently not offering. Managers are absolutely useless!! Deli is like an entire different store! They are helpful, professional, knowledgeable and always friendly!!
Food lion is a place I’ve started going to recent instead of Kroger. I like how they package and trim their chicken, it is less fatty. Their vegetables in my opinion is better than Kroger too. I left off a star because their line management can get long, since they don’t have self checkout options.
The employees are wonderful, courteous & always helpful at this Food Lion store!nThe variety of all food products is excellent & the cleanliness is to the highest standards.
The selection in this store is not great and they don't carry several items that I buy regularly. The employees are friendly enough but some of them are just walking around with ear buds in and trying not to have to interact with customers.nnAlso, in times of a pandemic there should be more concern regarding the amount of people in the store and the amount of walking space, a lot of floor space is still being used for displays ad vendor product making it hard to social distance.
