Horrible company! go elsewhere! I would give them a negative rating if I could. Belongings ruined due to their leaking box - their response was they have no liability because they don't have access even though they maintain the boxes. The owner couldn't even be bothered to respond, just had the poor people that work for him be the bad guys. Water damage to all items in the box that rested on the floor of the box mattresses, wood furniture, living room couch and chair, golf clubs. Go elsewhere, I beg you!!

This is the worst company! Don’t use them! Customer service is horrible! First he answered the phone saying “ A Box Storage, What’s Up?” I shouldn’t had took the serious then.... Then after taking my online payment with their online service, he tells me it will be more and he was so rude!!!” Please go elsewhere if you care about how your treated!!!! Plus I should had read the other reviews before even booking with them!
Excellent customer service. Unit clean and delivered on time.
This was the perfect solution for our move. I checked with four different storage container companies, and A-Box was the least expensive, and the box was bigger than the other companies I'd seen. We got the 12 ft box, and it fit almost our entire 1200 sq ft home and the shed. Chuck and the crew are friendly and easy to work with. Highly recommended!
