This facility is amazing! I was able to get a unit in less than 5 minutes, with the help of the assistant manager. Very professional. I have had many units at different facilities as we use the units for business storage. This is my favorite yet! Individual access codes, public use carts, and a service sized elevator that is big enough to fit couches and other large furniture. This facility has it all! The Store Manager Doug is fantastic. He was very quick to assist, very personable and professional and was a genuinely caring individual. He remembers client names and even vehicles. I was surprised at the level of quality and service that I have received and would wholly recommend this location to anyone. Thank you LifeStorage!
If I could leave minus stars I would. I make my payments every month on time and within 2 weeks I'm getting calls saying you owe more money because the people who work there apparently steal your payments. People beware because they can deny what they want I have every receipt that I have paid my payment on time. Getting my belongings out there. People shop around and find a more legitimate company.
