I ordered pizzas from Pepicelli’s for a post game meal at Randolph-Macon. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient with all of my questions and calls. They gave us a great deal, delivered the pizzas on time, and the delivery driver was so kind! I highly recommend this restaurant and will suggest it to the other sports teams at our school. Thank you!

Customer Service associate with the phone orders was terrible. It’s not a good feeling when you patronize an establishment for the 1st time and acknowledge that you’re a 1st time customer and they make you feel like you’re irritating and disrupting their day. Wasn’t familiar with customizing an order or if she was familiar then I guess Friday’s aren’t her best days. I’m pray the food is 100% better than the service I received for a $40 order. Next food order will be placed with an establishment that respects and welcomes my hard earned money!!!

10/10 would recommend. Ordered 40+ pizzas for a big delivery order and pepicellis was on time, brought the pizzas hot and ready with plates and napkins. They were also nice people and patient with us as well. Plus the pizza was delicious.

Horrible costumer service. We loved Pepicelli’s and had been ordering from them for 5 years. Today we called for delivery, as we always have, and the person that talked to me on the phone said they didn’t deliver to my house. Like I mentioned before we have been getting deliveries for 5 years and I asked him if they changed their delivery radius. He said no and stated it was 7 miles radius. My house is 8 miles apparently and he said he didn’t know how I ever had it. My husband went to the store to talk to them and one of the managers there said it was 6 miles. Well that is completely two different answers to two different people within a 30 min difference to the same exact address. (By the way they have delivered to our cousins down the next street who are even 4 more miles away from their store). I understand if maybe they changed their delivery radius but be honest about it and don’t say that we never could have had delivery in the past. (Were we dreaming the past 5 years of trying to help a small business?) BE HONEST and because of that we will never order from them again. By the way...according to Waze they’re 6 miles away only.

I'm going to be very honest when I say I had to wait much longer than expected for my pickup order...however, I completely understand that they were also overwhelmed with many orders at the same time. As a grocery store worker in these times, I understand how some things are just out of your control. Nevertheless, all I'm trying to say is that the employees were very kind and the food was correct as I ordered and very good.. I would recommend. Thank for all your hard work in these unpredictable times!
