This is a hard review to write. The Chick-fil-A has been in the past excellent place to stop. However, covid-19 restrictions have closed down its dining room. Only drive-thru is available at this time. The people are courteous fast and efficient. Food is up to Chick-fil-A's fine standards. However there is no restroom available. If these were normal times I would subtract at least one for two stars for that. All Things Considered, it is one of the top places to stop in Ashland.

I've NEVER had a bad experience at a Chick Fil Anrestaurant! This location is excellent! From the time we (my husband and I) pull into the drive through and receive our meals; it has taken no longer than six minutes! The service is quick and your met with respectful smiling faces!

It feels good to be able to help support local bookshops/coffee shops. Great service, intimate environment and very good coffee. I will say, the iced drinks are not as good however I'm a Starbucks iced lattes girl. Just FYI.

I eat at this location regularly.nnToday I ordered a Cobb salad and when I returned to my office I noticed there was no eggs on the salad.nnAn employee of mine went to grab their lunch when I returned. I asked him to get the eggs missing for me.nnThe manager told him sorry and didn’t give him the egg.nnAccidents happen and how you handle them is what matters.nnThe drive through line is long and I didn’t want to go back up there and wait in the line when a colleague was going back up there.nnDisappointed to say the least.

Absolutely love this location! Friendly staff and fast service. I had a wonderful Cobb salad that came with an extra egg!! Must be a blessed day.
