Ordered an item from this company on Amazon in April. It never came. I contacted Amazon about it, who said my only option was to contact the seller. I’ve tried multiple times. The first time they said they are “swamped”. Then they just stopped responding.nnA) Amazon should have some responsibility to vet sellers, and either take responsibility when they fail to meet commitments or kick them off the marketplace.nnB) Pa Dutch Shoppes of Virginia taking a customer’s money, not providing the goods ordered, and then ignoring them is akin to theft.nnPlease do not do business with this company. Buyer beware.
I used to buy from this store years ago, and always had the most pleasant experiences. I went recently for the first time in a while and the woman that was working was very rude and not friendly at all..the whole experience made me uncomfortable. When I got home I went to eat the candy I had just bought from them that same day, and almost every single piece of candy I bought was expired since 2019! The quality of this store has gone down quite a bit and it’s disappointing.
Bad experience in store. Everything we purchased from the hot chocolate mix to the candy was expired. Not even slightly expired but past 2 years expired. If you go in person, please check the dates of things you are interested in buying before you sink your money.
Best place in town for loose tea. Amazing selection.
Ordered items. They refused to send them to me because they said it’s hotter this July than last July. I fact checked. That’s a blatant lie. It’s the opposite. Fraud! Fraud! Fraud! Fraud! Fraud!
