My husband and I are over 50 and needed to get in shape for health reasons. The trainers started us where we could be successful and gradually have helped us to press into higher weights and more reps. They are supportive and make it fun. We look forward to getting up early and starting our day with Siege Performance. We highly recommend both Alec & Nick!

My 15-year-old son plays lacrosse and has been going to Siege for about 2 ½ months during his off season. They do a lot of compound lifts and strength training circuits for massive muscle growth and stimulation…great for athleticism and injury prevention. They use weights, resistance bands, plyometrics, body weight exercises, calisthenics, etc in circuit training, HIIT-style to keep stimulating muscles in different ways. Any even somewhat-serious high school athlete, and probably late middle school athletes, should be doing strength training. All professional and college athletes do strength training as part of their sport, but it’s over-looked by most high school programs (with the exception of football, maybe). Strength training is just as important for high schoolers. It’s simple: stronger muscles can produce more explosiveness and power, and are way less susceptible to injury. Strength training conditions their muscles, tendons, ligaments, and connective tissues to withstand faster, more powerful cuts, running speed, kicks, throws, jumps, rotational velocity, etc. Siege has high-level athletic coaches who supervise the lifts and exercise circuits to make sure the form and techniques are done correctly. Kids this age are in danger of serious injury if they have bad technique or form, so the supervision is really important. I actually started my kid with Siege b/c they are close by our house, but knowing what I know now, I’d drive to go to them regardless of where we lived (and I’m pretty selective b/c I’m a sports chiropractor). I couldn’t be happier and he’s really motivated to go too…doesn’t miss a single session. In just 2 months we can really notice visible muscle development. No doubt it will transfer to the field.
