If you're going to over-indulge habitually, then an Atlee YMCA addiction is the best habit you could have! I love my classes, my instructors, and being with my classmates. Team-leader Ginnina sets a gold standard for everything a YMCA should be, nurturing physical and social development through high-energy workouts that are enjoyably exhaustive. My classes with Casie, Katie, and Burdi also are superb - every time. The instructors are consistently well prepared and deliver fun, effective sessions that make me glad I invested the time. Thank you all!
Group classes are fun! I never have an issue getting a treadmill after class. The facility is very clean!
