I bought a 2020 F-150 in SC in August. Moved back to VA and it's time for it's 1st oil change, so I called to make the appointment here. I was told that my service plan included the work on my vehicle to be done only at the dealership of purchase. So I called Jim Hudson Ford in SC and they said that my service plan was through Fidelity, accepted at all Ford dealerships. Called Bill Talley back and of course, the appointment was made immediately. What was the point in putting me through that?nNow, arriving at my appointment time, the work was started almost right away and was fairly quick. I am pleased with that. However, Jim Hudson Ford in SC specifically told me to tell them I wanted the detailing of the inside done at services because they won't do it unless told to because some customers get upset that it was cleaned without asking. So I mentioned that to Bill Talley and they said they don't detail vehicles at all. That's a load bull. I've never dealt with ANY dealership that didn't offer detailing with any services completed. I may have to find another dealership moving forward.
I use the Laburnum service team for most of my services. It is easy to make appointments and drop my vehicles off at night. Services are usually completed the next day and prices are reasonable. I do like my Bill Talley team on Laburnum Avenue.
Very nice facility, freindly staff. Jeff in the quick lane got me in the same day I called and got me out the door in no time. The technician Matt over there did a great job. Would highly suggest there service's. ud83dudc4dud83dudc4dud83dudc4d
Honest folks. Dependable. The manager worked with me very well on several repair prices. Only giving a 4 because it was very hard for them and I to find parts for a 2003 Ford F150. A lot of folks still own an F150 either the same age or older. Parts should be available. I will more likely buy a car from another car manufacturer that I am able to get new parts for when repairs are needed. However, Bill Talley Services department did do a great job with adding the used parts to my truck. Suspension feels real good now.
Elizabeth is the BEST! I had to get a state inspection and the works done to my vehicle. I dropped it off the night before and by lunch time they were done. I will be back and continue using Bill Talley until my car runs into the ground.... or I get a new one through them.
