I came in today for a scheduled oil change, tire rotation, and multi-point inspection and Austin B. was my advisor. Austin was genuinely a pleasure to talk to and he was very welcoming. Furthermore, he just seemed really chipper and enthusiastic and it’s beyond obvious that he takes pride into his work. Austin was super knowledgeable about everything that was going on with my F-150 and ensured that all scheduled tasks were done in an efficient manner. However, it was easy for me to get lost in time because I became side tracked by all of the new F-150s parked out front! While I love my 2017, I think it’s cool to see how far Ford has come with their trucks! Also, Austin had my truck washed too and I was so appreciative of this!!! 4 years in with Ford and today I left the lot feeling like it was my first time leaving the lot all over again! It was just a really great experience and I look forward to when it’s time for my next oil change so I can go back! Everyone that I’ve ever encountered at the Sheehy Ford in Ashland has always been the most pleasant to get along with, and it does seem like they hire the very best! If you have any need to see a dealership, I’m confident that you’ll find everything that you are looking for here! Thank you so much Ashland Sheehy Ford! I don’t know what I’d do without y’all!

I purchase my red 2012 Mustang from Mr. Darrell McKinney at the Ashland Sheehy store on Rt.1 in September 2013. Darrell was very helpful in answering all my questions and ready to offer any assistance in helping me make a decision on my purchase. Darrell's professional attitude and years of automotive experience have served his customers well. Lastly, yet most important to me is, Darrell's no pressure sales pitch. I was able to make a decision when I chose too. I will be sure to contact Darrell for my next automotive purchase.nnUpdate: Added black wheels, flat wrap to roof, flat racing strip with white pinstripes, tinted headlight covers, and windshield decal to give Roush mustang resemblance.

If you are in the market for a new or used vehicle I highly recommend going to see Brantley Slater at Sheehy Ford of Ashland. I first worked with Brantley in 2015. His knowledge and professionalism are truly top notch. Brantley has always done everything in his power to provide superior customer service. I was recently in the market for a 2021 F-150, Brantley provided me several amazing options and worked nights and weekends to find me the best deal. If you are looking for a hard working, down to earth salesman this is your guy. I hope Sheehy Ford and Ford Motor Company realize what a valuable asset they have. Brantley and Sheehy have earned a lifelong customer.

Just bought a Ford Expedition Max from here yesterday. Must admit that this was the quickest and easily the most enjoyable process. I reached out this past Sunday to Chris Brooks who worked numbers for me along with Calvin Boston. Met with Calvin yesterday and what more can I say other than this guy is for his customers. I came in from out of the area (Norfolk,Va) and he had the Expedition pulled out for me to check out and test drive. Told him what I wanted to pay and he made it happen. The guy is very personable and worked with my wants and answered all questions asked. Eric (I’m assuming the finance guy) was top notch as well. I’ll definitely drive the hour and a half out of my way to do business with them again. I appreciate the help and great customer service from these people. Speaks volumes about this company!!! Thanks again for the new exclusive ride gentlemen and team!!!

This was a great place to buy a car... Went in for to trade in my ecosport and left with an amazing 2020 Ford Escape! I love it and was definitely the upgrade I needed! Thanks to Chris Brooks for the amazing assistance during the entire process and the encouraging words. They truly are focused on giving the best advice and even go as far as attempting to talk the the credit unions to get the best deal possible! GO HERE IF YOU NEED ANY TYPE OF NEW VEHICLE.
