Setup a meeting time to come and view a vehicle, I was on time and waited 35 minutes, tried to call them 3 times. No one came to help and show the vehicle. So I drove back home (30 minute drive) and received a phone call asking if anyone showed up to let me view the vehicle.

I love these guys. They worked with us and we were able to get a really nice car for my daughter to drive. She is so happy and it was truly a pleasure working with Lisa. I would recommend this place to anybody.

10 Reasons not to shop here!! Be forewarned!! Stay Away!!!nn1 - Sold me a car with a 90 day warranty that died in 95 daysnn2 - Mislead me to believe the down payment ($1,00) was not supposed to be subtracted from the price of the vehicle, but in addition.nn3 - Covered up a blown head gasket problem to sell me a lemon.nn4 - The car was on E so they gave me $5 to get gas on my test drive which was a way to keep the test drive short enough to hide the overheating problem.nn5 - When I brought the overheating car to their attention they gave me an unregistered loaner that got impounded and left me (black) stranded in KKK territorynn6- They tried to blame me for the blown head gasket, and discretely add the cost of repairs to my car note on the overall balance without telling me.nn7-They tried to charge me for them having to get their unregistered loaner out of impound for not being registerednn8 - Would not let me out of the contract with that lemon unless I financed a different carnn9 - Did not transfer any of my payments to the new car, I had to start from scratch.nn10 - Never reported my good payment history to any credit bureau, even when the car was paid for.nnI'd rather go to hell than back here. confidently if you wreck your car, your gap insurance will free you from this god awful contract. #freedomaintfree

Great customer service. I dealt with Amanda Cox. She always goes above and beyond for her customers. I recommend Amanda to anyone looking for a vehicle.
