Worst IAA I ever picked a vehicle up from.nI paid my customers $40 storage bill to make the pick-up process a little quicker, and finished the paperwork.nThen the loader told me he can't bring the vehicle out until the auction is over in about 4 hours.nSo it's a dry run, it happens, I'll get something else.nI'll just get my $40 back and be on my way. NOPE! NOPE! NOPE! NO REFUNDS of cash 1 minutes later to transporters in Ashland, VAnnMerry Christmas
