This was once a 5 star review solely because the customer service was outstanding and friendly. Unfortunately, my opinion and review needed to be revised. We purchased a 2014 Dodge Ram 1500 from Basic Auto Sales 6 months ago. Only about 2,000 miles later this truck sits in the service department at a dealership with $5,000.00 worth of repairs. I was advised that this was a pre-existing problem. To be honest, I went against my best judgment going to this dealership and I wont be making that mistake again.
