I can not say enough about this place. I walked in never having done any CrossFit or really any serious weightlifting. The coaches were welcoming and patient with me while I learned all the movements and were always so encouraging. I gained so much confidence in myself and what I am capable of, it has really been a life changing experience. If you are on the fence or nervous to take that first step, don’t be!

I came into town for a week from Colorado and wanted to keep up my workouts while I was here visiting family. I’m so glad I found CrossFit Fredericksburg. The coaches were super knowledgeable, everyone was so incredibly welcoming and I really enjoyed their programming. Such a wonderful group of people who love their community and their members! If you’re in the area I would definitely recommend checking them out if you want a great experience! Thanks so much for having me!

This is by far the most welcoming CrossFit gym I have ever been too. The community here is amazing and even if you just drop in once you will feel like part of the family. This gym welcomes all life of people, no matter who or what you are. Best programming I’ve seen at any local gym and it’s just an awesome, fun and exciting environment. From beginner to expert this is the place to be. Also you can’t beat the prices.

Came to this gym at age 41 not knowing any of the CF moves. I'm so grateful for all the positive vibes and encouragement. I'm defiantly addicted! They even have childcare and my kids love it!
