I love this gym! The staff are so friendly and the place is extremely clean. The patrons are very courteous and respectful. The gym is in close proximity from my home.

I entered the door to be greeted by an newly and enthusiastic employee by the name of nii abraham. He waved and said how we doing brother! I waved back and he approached me to welcome me and reassure me he'll do anything to make my experience worth wild. He told me he dosen't leave until every inch of the gym has been clean, even if that means cleaning the stall with his own tooth brush. He winked at me so I'm assuming that was a joke. Or experience continued as I saw him prowl over to me as I did squats. I've never seen a man so willing to get in there to help a man with his squats.
