Massive selection and healthy plants I do wish prices were a little better but overall awesome place. I had given this review a 4 star but for hiring Dominique at 5043 plank rd 22407 they get a 5 star. I officially don't want to go anywhere else as long as she continues to work here. She makes it into a fun and beautiful experience that I have not gotten anywhere else. She single handedly changed my perceptive and made me LOVE this place!

Great customer service during sales transaction. After that it was a very disappointing experience.nnSales person, pretty much checkouts after deal and blames everything on Corporate. Will not use them again.nnI gave 3 opportunities and the post sales experience part failed each time. On each occasion plants were out of stock and never received updates or follow ups. Haven't received deposit back for those plants yet.nnVery disappointing that team member speaks poorly of Corporate when is the same company. Customer service doesn't end when deal is executed, it actually starts.

Got Christmas Tree, good selection and service to prep tree, load it. Nice shop, good sale prices, yard help is super.

I was disconnected my first call. I called back. I asked if they sold a specific brand of product. It turned into a slow lecture about my phone not having a good connection.nnAparently the connection issue was on their end. I could hear the conversation perfectly clear.nnI went to the store a few days later. There's a sign on the gate that says employees only. I thought they might condense into the feed store next door. I was told to ignore the sign and go inside the gate. It seems incredible that a business owner would leave an employee only sign on their front gate.nnThey don't stock much during the winter. Lots of home depot products at higher prices
