Had an amazing time working with James W. Super knowledgeable. Answered all my questions. Didn't pressure me. And he asked his teammates when he wasn't sure of the answer. Overall a great experience for someone who has an upgraded their phone in five years. And, unsolicited he reviewed my business bill and saved me almost $100 with more insurance and features than ever! Couldn’t be happier. Sending this review from my brand new iPhone 12 Pro Max I got on the visit. Love the device too!

From the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out I had the best experience at AT&T. I was switching my family’s phone plan from sprint/T-Mobile and AT&T sure did go above and beyond. They were patient and answered all questions thoroughly. Logan and Shabir provided excellent customer service. I can tell I will be a long term customer with this new phone service :)

Juan Leal was very helpful, he explained all the different options with billing in good detail that was easy to follow along and helped us pick out the best plan. They had the product that we wanted in stock, and made it a simple upgrade process that was not stressful. Friendly and a pleasure to work with, thank you.

Had a TERRIBLE experience today at this location in Fredericksburg off of route 3. Purchased at&t protection glass on my phone. Had to get my glass replaced on my phone twice, once 6 months ago at no charge, and today where they unnecessarily charged my 8 dollars to replace.nOn the at&t box it “no hassle lifetime replacement program.” This experience was FAR from no hassle!nThe sales rep was virtually brain dead, who assured me they didn’t have the glass in stock, I then pointed out the product clearly on display and then proceeded to speak to the store manager who was equally as demented as the sales rep.nThe manager said the reason for the 8 dollar charge is because if I had to order the glass online they’d charge 8.00 for shipping!!!!nI kindly explained that there was no need to charge 8dollars because the product was in stock at the store.nHe rudely walked away making no effort to rectify his error!nStay away! Going to Verizon when my contract expires!

An employee, Nate, was super helpful for me today. I needed help installing a new Body Guardz screen protector. He helped me out with everything I needed, was super polite, and I was out of there in 5 minutes. He was honest with me, saying he’s not the best at installing the screens but he’d try his best. He put on the screen without an issue. Give Nate a raise.
