Great Customer Service, my agent was Katelyn and she was very friendly and helpful fixing my daughters ipad.
Not even exaggerating when I say the guy I talked to about upgrading my phone with a current promotional offer knew nothing and didnt care a single bit about his job. He cared about making me leave the store and was completely clueless. If you see the white guy with a bad tattoo sleeve run. He provides the worst customer service in the world. I left and went to a different store in Spotsylvania and had a much different experience. Take it from me stay far away from this place a coffee shop needs to take over their lease or something. Also upgrading shouldn't be a 40 dollar fee.
Bernard came out to my car (in the rain!) as soon as I arrived to see what I needed, and both Bernard and Julian were so helpful in making sure I got the right products to fix the issues my phone had. Thank you!
