My first place when it comes to buying a gifts for the person I love. They have many unique things U probably couldn't find anywhere else. Five stars!
The only reason for the one star is because I liked the products I bought. The service was absolutely horrible. It wasn't really service at all. More like harassment. I'm sorry I even spent my money there. The lady at the front register ruined my entire day, just as she intended. Two thumbs down!
I made 2 purchases on the madeinva website on 12/4 and never received an email from the company with confirmation or order numbers. Label was created 12/8. Tracking shows package arrived at the Fredricksburg post office 12/14. Contacted company and received an email with 1 tracking number from one of the owners along with when it would be delivered. That date passed and I sent a second email and after a couple hours of no response I called the company. The lady took information and said she would look into it. Within a few moments she called back requesting more information. A few minutes later the owner called and it quickly became a heated conversation and I have NEVER had someone be so rude. He threatened to call recipients and ask for the items back because I said I wouldn't buy from them again. I can't speak for the service with in person purchases, but I would definitely not deal with this company online and would not recommend them.
