Store manager was really good and a cool person, they were very helpful in finding a phone for the purpose I was looking for and weren't just trying to get me to buy the most expensive products. There was a good energy in the store and I would recommend them to a friend.

If I could give this store 100 stars I would. The staff is absolutely amazing on top of having abundant supply. Let me start off by saying thank you to JASON he was outstanding one of the best sales rep I’ve ever dealt with. He was knowledgeable, friendly and very patient. I didn’t know what IPhone to choose from but he walked me through all the features and was very helpful. I was stressing out before due to my phone breaking and he got me set up with a new phone in no time. I’m just astonished on how amazing Jason was. They other staff was also very friendly and helpful (the nice young lady and store manager). Being a sprint customer can be so frustrating with the T-Mobile transition and Jason walked me through every step and was soo soo helpful. Everytime I need a phone I’m coming to Jason, thanks again for your great customer service I’m such a happy camper with my new phone ud83dude0c

Went to t-mobile in the mall. My phone would not finish up loading the latest update. The 2 guys that were there both tried to get my phone to work. At first they couldn't get it to update. Finally one of the guys Googled it, and with in a minute he got it working again. I was so thrilled! What a nice couple of guys. They could have just taken my phone, and sent it away to be fixed. (Since I did have insurance) Instead the one gentleman too the time to figure out how to get it going. Saving me not only being without my phone while it was sent back. Also he saved me from having to pay a $175.00 deductible to send it back to be fixed! So I will always be grateful. Thanks T-mobile for having such great employees at your Town Center Mall store!!

I have been with T-Mobile for years and I love how this T-Mobile was so quick to attend me. Others stores make sign in and wait almost an hour just to be attended. They provided the best customer service and made it so simple. I love how they gave me the price for today and my monthly bill for new iPhone, apple watch & accessories
