Based on most recent orders they are back to one star for terrible customer service. Last weeks order they sent us home with a missing pizza. This week we needed food fast and ordering online showed pizza would be ready in 12 minutes. 45 minutes later status was still showing in prep. Quick call to the store and lots of excuses about employee problems and maybe it would be ready in yet another 45 minutes. Excited to cancel my order though if i don't want to wait. Asked for a manager to get some help. He was no better and also offered to cancel my order. No apologies, no remediation, nothing. Decided we better cancel at which point Daniel the manager hung up on us.
Amazing, fresh, and actually fast delivery. 10/10 my new favorite pizza place
We always have a positive experience at this Dominos. The staff are always friendly and helpful (I have a young one and they've offered to carry my pizza out on multiple occasions)nnOutstanding customer service brings us back again and again!
Giving 1 star because there is no zero star! Two times in a row they mess up ! If you need a pizza with no cheese and eat burnt food please order here ! So disappointed !!
I've tried ordering here 3 times recently and I seem to always be missing half my toppings. This time tho I didn't even have cheese or sauce on a third of my pizza. Very disappointed. The second pizza I ordered was just a disaster...
