We had a lot of fun! It was easy to follow the recipe and the food was awesome!
One of my son's (16) and I like pie, so we took the Pie Class. Fantasic experience, we learned how to make a few pies including pumkin and Apple and our Instructure Lori was from Pennsylvania Dutch country and taught us how to make the legendary Shoefly Pie. Great experience.nnA few years back we took the Pizza class we did 10 pizzas on our Big Green Egg for guests for Halloween. We are still using their dough recipe....nnHighly recommended.
