Had this place twice while on a work trip. Was fine until the last night. They were busy which is understandable. When I asked for a refund (was waiting for a while and needed to get back to hotel) the lady at the front threw a pen at me. Avoid.
Been here before for sit-down hibachi and regular meal. No issues. This time I tried take-out. Food (hibachi) was great, but placing the order at 7p, arriving on time at 730p and not walking out until 750p. Plenty of other folks arrived and walked out with their food in the 20 mins I waited.
I eat here a lot since I work right next to it. I have to say the customer service is always great and they keep the place neat all the time. Rates are reasonable and they serve large portions.
I celebrated my birthday last night in this great place. Well we had a sensational evening and the place was indeed one of the reasons for that strong evening. The team participated in a splendid manner, the cuisine was very good and my friends were extremely pleased. We shall no dout return for more joyful events. Thank you very much.
Okay I will admit I don’t eat Beef, but I have a number of complaints. I went there for my Niece’s Birthday. My first complaint is why don’t they have an entrance sign where you can go in. They have Handicap Parking on the opposite side of the entrance. I came late and I had already given $ for my Niece’s meal. I wasn’t trying to be cheap. My second complaint is I told the Waiter I wanted a separate check, completely ignored what I said. They missed out on a Tip but oh well. My 3rd complaint was I ordered Pineapple Fried Rice with the Shrimp. There was a half a Pineapple all carved out not a single piece of Pineapple in the Rice with 4 Good size Shrimp in it. The Rice was Blah Blah no flavor. I definitely will not return there. I mentioned to the Wait Staff and no response from Waiter or Waitress. I like to think I am spending my $$ there and they care. Obviously they don’t.
