This store practices Bait and Switch, which is illegal in Massachusetts. When I went in I asked for the leg and thigh meal, with the price clearly displayed on the menu board, they charged me a higher price. When I said that I wanted the price displayed, they said no. I told them this is illegal in MA, but it didn't matter. They refused to sell it to me for the price shown.nWhile I could pay the extra, I don't like deceptive business practices.nnWhenever something like this happens, I wonder if it is because of my race or my appearance.

Chicken was small and all bones. Ordered 8 piece family meal. Got 7 pieces. Lousy quality and quantity. Chicken tenders were very good. Big disappointment for Super Bowl meal.

Chicken be undercooked and overall just nasty. Drive thru customer service isn't the best either.

Today 1/17/20 we stopped in for lunch with a friend at this location ( Cranberry Hwy East Wareham). We were greeted by Jamison he was very pleasant and displayed excellent work ethics.We had not been to a KFC in a while . Jamison took the time to go over menu and answered any questions we had. Jamison came out to all customers in dining room and asked how our meals were.Jamison is an extremely hardworking young man who was a pleasure to meet .A trip worth going over the bridge for. Keep up the great job Jamison

Paid extra for 2 breast pieces small dry and leathery crust like 3 day old
