Today, on September 9, 2020, we ordered a number 2 large meal for $8+ and two whoppers for 5 , total $15+ at Wareham Burger King. We were handed a large soda and a bag with chicken. My husband had to walk around the building to return a wrong food to their window. Then we were waiting for 20 minutes for them to bring our food to our car.nChecked: no receipt, no fries, no napkins.nWe stood in a car line for the second time, called them, asked for the manager, she started talking to us without introducing herself first, then under our pressure she named herself Diane, and said that we did not order a meal, but just a whopper, and hang up on us. When we drove to the service window she refused to provide us with the receipt and screamed at us to leave. We said we will stay here till she follows the law and provides us with the receipt of our purchase, or we call the owner, but she screamed at us again that we can do anything she does not care...When we started a video of her, she disappeared. We stayed there at the service window for half an hour, all the cars behind us were leaving, the manager or BK worker didn’t not show up.nIf this is a service, then we do not want to deal with such unethical behavior, verbal abuse and unprofessional attitude!nNo wonder all BK restaurants are closing...

I was at burger king and when I got home I did not get what I ordered, I ordered the 2 whoppers for 5.00, no onions and one whopper no pickles, 2 large fries and a large sprite. When I got home I had 1 burger no onions and 1 with no pickles. They don't listen... I may not be going back again because something is missing, so I am very tired of not getting what I ordered...

Hair in my burger, large fries were half full. But service was fast and clear. Too bad about the food though.

Yesterday was our first time we went to this excellent restaurant. But It is no doubt not the last. We had a good time with the attentive service, with the great cooking and booze and with the modest price. We will absolutely visit there again.
