Good prices the store was a little on the empty side when it comes for being stocked. Wish there were more items. They had clearance graphic tees for $1.50 so that was nice but the clearance rack was unorganized so I was constantly checking the price scanner to be should to catch the sales. Some things in this store is ridiculously expensive and do no reason but there are some good deals

Clean store, decent selection especially for younger kids.

Terrible experience & low customer service ever. Deserves zero stars. The store and the products are great, we frequently shop this brand. But the staff at North Bend outlets location is awful. We just encountered two of the grouchiest women ever and one is named Chanda. Our four kids were energetic and probably moving too fast through the store, but Chanda decided to scold them in such a mean way rather then asking us politely to watch out for our kids. I mean, if you're going to work at store for Children then duuhhh, be understanding when families come in to shop and bring their kids. We went on 2/13/2016 at 11:30am. This company needs to think about hiring some FRIENDLY employees. When I stood in line to pay she huffed and practically rolled her eyes that I was ready to pay and she'd have to set her pile of clothes down to ring me up. (It was as if I was a bother to her to be in line to pay!) There is no exaggeration in this review at all, these are the facts. I am more than willing to speak to a higher-up company rep about our experience.
