I always have very helpful sales ladies!nnI have dry skin and the young lady sold me a wash and a moisturizer and I've been back to repurchase same items. Also added a great toner as well.

This place is awful. I recently started getting into the bare minerals line because I don't wear makeup but a friend told me about this line and I figured I would give it a go. I needed to try to find a good coverup so I asked the lady for help. She color matched my skin supposedly then I paid over 30 for the bare mineral concealer. It was orange! Orange! My skin isn't orange. No receipt so they wouldn't even swap it!

They are always very nice and helpful here. They are very knowledgeable about their products. I especially liked the dark haired gal from Minnesota. She was very helpful and knew exactly what would work for my skin type and what I wanted. She up-saled me a few extra items, but not in an annoying way. They worked out great!

Been here a few times, only once have I had a good experience. The other 2 times it was like they went out of their way to make me feel uncomfortable. Today was no exception; I could understand if they were busy especially this time of year but I was the only customer in the sephora store. Bad representation for the sephora brand. If you need to go to the store I recommend driving out of your way to either hyannis or derby st.

Went in this afternoon looking for a good foundation for dry skin. The season change has been effecting my skin severely. I was approached as soon as I walked in by Kelsey who was super helpful and sat me down and did a quick facial and helped me choose the right products! My face feels amazing now and I will be going back Friday to get the rest of the products that were used!
