Been going to this Nike outlet for years. Just learned today they updated their Military discount to an additional 20% off instead of 10% off.nThis was a great surprise since we were here today for the Labor Day sale!!nnIf you're an active/retired military member, check it out!! They've got deals in deals today.nnOh, and I would also like to add that Alyse helped us for checkout and she was great! Super polite, professional, quick and genuinely nice.

Terrible service from salesperson. They need to train their salespeople better in handling exchanges/returns/online orders. They a mistake on my transaction and now Nike is saying they need to reach out to corporate office and research my receipts for a refund? All the receipts show an error was made and they charged me for an item that should not have been charged. Nike has the worst customer service, they treat customers unfairly and make you feel like a crook when the error was made by their salesperson. Other retailers like Costco and Nordstrom would never make a customer go through this and provide excellent customer service. What is the matter with Nike? I guess they don't want repeat customers or stay in business much longer.

I was here yesterday it was nice bought few things the employees were very friendly and helpful always asking if i needed help.

Huge variety, good sales, helpful staff, clean store, frequent new merchandise, good social distancing protocols, just a positive shopping experience.

Got nice running shoes and Eric was knowledgeable as he could compare the different types of shoes of various brands. Also, told us about Nike pass too - a discount program for members.nnThank you for keeping social distancing measure in place in addition to having friendly staff.
