Venus was incredibly helpful. She has a true passion for what she does. I really feel like she educated us on quality and types of perfumes. Keep it up Venus! You’ll definitely see us next time we want more perfumes.

I went in knowing what I want and… Gino is the man!nI went in knowing what I want and bought it along with two others choices because Gino is knowledgeable on the products and blends that he can cater fragrances to your liking. So you know what they say “how can you sell shoes if your barefoot” Gino is not barefooted by any means! He can definitely tell you the blends that will spark interest on what you’re used to and open up your senses to other blend to fit you likes. So I can speak all honesty if you visit the northbend store see Gino he’ll do you justice

Amazing service! Ask for Jennifer Kasama. She was very kind and knowledgeable. It was helpful to learn about the different oil percents and how they affect perfume wear throughout the day. They also have select perfumes that are exclusively found in this store. Jennifer shared with me a wide variety of clean, simple perfume scents, and was very patient with me (because I'm so indecisive!). I enjoyed my experience in this store.
