I have been coming to the Wareham Jackson Hewitt for about 6 years. It’s 45 minutes from where I live, but I go to this one because of the exceptional service. Not only are all the tax preparers here professional and knowledgeable, they are extremely friendly and welcoming. I trust them completely and would recommend them to everybody.
I made my appointment last week online and received confirmation/reminder texts which was great! When I arrived I was promptly greeted and taken. Sheila was super professional and answered all of my questions. I had tried to file online last year and messed it all up and she took the extra time to explain everything and help me find what I needed to make my addendum for last years taxes. Will certainly be going back next year and telling all my friends and family to go there.
The service is thorough, speedy, and very professional yet friendly! They go through everything you need to know on your taxes and explain everything, ask questions to help you get the maximum refund. I’ve been coming here for the last 6 years and I won’t go anywhere else, Shiela Smith is simply the best!!
I have been doing my taxes there since I was in high school. I have seen the company grow and do amazing things for so many people and I love all the ladies that work there. They are nothing but helpful and kind . I will do my taxes here until my retirement!!!! Awesome Job this year for coming in during this whole pandemic and staying clean and healthy wishing nothing but the best for this company!!!!
I love this place this is my second year doing my taxes here. They are the best people I love them they are always helpful. The first time I came here I had an amazing experience and I am going to keep coming here every time to do my taxes. My bf did his taxes here and he said they were amazing and very helpful.
