Roughly three years ago, my mother had gotten her truck impounded by Randy and his towing company. My mom had most of her personal belongings in her vehicle at the time, including her cell-phone. Because of other circumstances going on with her, she had an application downloaded onto her phone that would take a picture with the front camera if someone tried looking through their information. Her phone took a picture of Randy’s face trying to open her messages, pictures, and call records. Later after we paid the towing and holding fee, paid for insurance on her vehicle in the parking lot, they called the police and reported the vehicle stolen; said that we came on the lot and took the vehicle without paying and said vehicle had no insurance. A state trooper followed my mother all the way home (in Sonora KY) & his tow company was proved very wrong when we showed proof of payment. Never, EVER go to this place!!! I’d rather be stranded on the side of the road with no food or water than trust these people with my vehicle. Very corrupt.

My Fiancé was charged $130 for her thermostat to be changed and antifreeze to be changed and a couple days later the car blew up so we took it else where and they told us the thermostat was never changed now it’s gonna cost close to $2k to fix don’t ever take anything there he will rip you off and charge you for things he didn’t do!!
