I’ve been a member for over two years and I can honestly say I never get bored with it and always look forward to getting classes in! I’ve lost 30 pounds and dropped 3 sizes in pants! I’ve created new healthier habits and gained a fit family who keeps me motivated!
If you want a killer workout you should definitely check out ilovekickboxing! I absolutely love going and have seen great results. It makes me crazy that people leave bad reviews. I wouldn't recommend anywhere else!

Great place to get in shape, also great staff. Treated very well was helped big time with form and technique. I'd pick here over anywhere!
Amazing staff and workouts! I am not good at going to the gym, it is so intimidating to me! But with ILKB the workouts are fun and I actually feel like I know what I am doing and can actually feel the work outs working! The staff is incredible and pushes you to help you reach your personal goals!
