When I pulled up I was instantly greeted with a friendly face and a complimentary water (if you have children they also give out fruit juices and fruit snacks too), I was kindly directed into the establishment, was asked what I needed done, which was a new oil filter and oil change, they gave me a wide variety of selections to choose from. The entire time they kept me updated on what they were doing, showed me my air filter, checked my tires and asked if I had any questions on anything. I was personally pleased with the exceptional service and I will be returning and recommending Take 5 Oil Change to all my family and friends!!nnEdit: just went again tonight & the manager Joel, was so kind! He talked me through all my options and made sure I understood everything. He filled my tires with air and even cleaned my windshield!nSuch an amazing place to go, I still recommend going here over other places, because you won't get this kind of quality service anywhere else!!

Not only was I satisfied with the extremely good customer service. Let me start over. Intrigued by the manager and staff that I have to write this. I'm a disabled combat vet and they went the extra mile. I appreciate your staff and I would recommend you to anybody as long as its the same staff. Thank you.

I cannot say enough good things about this place! I only had a little bit of time to get in before my doctor's appointment and they got me in and out so quick that I still had time to grab a quick bite to eat afterwards! Jordan and Calvin were just straight up hustlin'! They even gave me a coolant exchange real quick, I had no idea that I'd never had one before. I needed it bad. Overall incredibly satisfied! We'll be coming back for a long time!

Amazing oil change place! They're honest, and really go above and beyond what most garages do. They've given me great service multiple times in a few years, and I only go here, even after moving to Ohio. Definitely swing by!
