Biang Biang Noodles

Biang Biang Noodles has a quality and unique menu. Their characteristic wide, flat noodles perfectly carry whatever spice or sauce you’re eating with them. The fried chicken bao was honestly the showstopper for me, but it was all delicious. Decent amount of seating, small beer and wine selection, and a perfect location in the heart of Cap Hill. The food does take a while so either order ahead or be prepared to wait.

Would you care for a gigantic soup noodle bowl? Why yes, as a matter of fact, I would and I did. Excellent pork belly wide noodle soup. Flavorful, with a hint of spice that's guaranteed to clear out your sinuses. House wings are crispy, slightly sweet, 100% delicious.

One of the best finds of 2020. This place is consistently good. The noodles are just the right balance of tender and chewy. The tofu is cooked just enough that it doesn’t begin to dry out. The sauces are incredible. I cannot stress how great this place is: Truly a special gem in Capital Hill. Their vegetarian options are fantastic and they offered a Holiday Dinner deal. For $57 it was enough food to feed 6 people and then some AND on a holiday?! Sign me up!

Biang Biang is some of the best noodles I've had in a very long time. The pork belly soup i got was tender and so delicious, the pork melted right in my mouth. The fried chicken is crunchy and great as is the house chicken. You can really tell the the noodles are handmade. Along with that the tea is perfect, I got the strawberry and it was thankfully not too sweet.nnThe atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming with a beautiful design. And I would 100% recommend this place and will totally be going again.

Good food. Strong flavors. Ordered 5 things.nnFavorite was the dry mix spicy beef mala. Sauce was really flavorful. And had a good mix of noodles, meat, and veggies.nnLeast favorite was the dumplings. Not because I disliked it but if I had to choose one. It felt pretty standard. The same could be said of the chicken and the tofu but I'm partial to fried food. The sauce it comes with is really good though.
